A PENSIONER from Newton Abbot has denied abusing two young girls during the 1970s.
David Milton, aged 83, formerly of Howards Way, Newton Abbot, pleaded not guilty to 20 offences of indecently assaulting one girl over several years and two of indecently a second girl during the same period.
The former lorry driver is alleged to have committed sexual assaults between 1975 and 1980.
Judge Anna Richardson set the case down for a jury trial at Exeter Crown Court in July and remanded Milton in custody.
