A new scheme to help single people to rent in the private sector has been launched by Teignbridge Council.

The initiative is being provided in partnership with Plymouth Access To Housing (Path), an independent homelessness charity that was set up in the early 1990s to help deal with the growing concerns about levels of homelessness in the city.

This June, Path expanded its successful scheme into the Teignbridge area.

The service offers a wide range of options for anybody referred to it by the council.
