NEWTON Abbot Town Council are on the hunt for a new carnival queen and attendants.

Applications are now open and should be sent to Natalie Hicks at Newton Abbot Town Council, 9 Devon Square, Newton Abbot, TQ12 2HN, by April 21.

Entries for the position as queen must be between 14 and 16 years og age with the attendant age limit set between 11 and 14 and live in the boundaries of Newton Abbot.
