A TEIGNMOUTH resident is hoping the display of Christmas lights adorning his home will become a mini tourist attraction. Peter Spencer, of Valley Close, has cloaked the house with hundreds of colourful festive lights and decorations, and is inviting people to have a look and make a donation to Save the Children at the same time.
