This shows a decrease of -41.9% compared to the previous seven days.
Between the same dates there have been 18 deaths in the district within 28 days of a positive coronavirus test.
The Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust reports there were 65 patients in hospital with coronavirus on April 5 with two of them on a mechanical ventilator.
