TOMORROW, for the first time, the Smallholders Market at Newton Abbot will include sheep as well as pigs, poultry, eggs, sundries and plants.
The Smallholders Market is organised by the agricultural team at Rendells, Newton Abbot.
The team covers a wide variety of work from selling poultry to cattle to sales of land and country properties.
Professional work includes valuations, tenancy matters, compensation claims and some of the specialist work includes successful Entry Level Scheme applications, Capital Grant works of up to £18,000, planning applications for new agricultural buildings, garages and gateways and boundary disputes.
They have sold a number of rural properties including a former lodge, mill, woodland and recently agreed a sale of a cider and fruit juice business with adjoining orchards.
