DAWLISH sisters Danielle (right) and Georgia Cater joined 2,000 lucky ticket holders at the Children's Party at the Palace. It celebrated British children's literature in the year of the Queen's 80th birthday. At least 2,000 children, accompanied by 1,000 adults, attended the event having been lucky enough to be picked by lottery.
