A ‘PAWS for pool’ sponsored dog walk has pulled in more than £800 to help refurbish Kingsteignton Swimming Pool

Jan Collins, chairman of the swimming pool committee, said the money will pay for the refurbishment of the male changing rooms and toilets, ready for next season. The female side was refurbished before this year’s season.

She said: ‘We haven’t collected all the money in yet, but it looks likely we’re going to have more than £800, which is double what we raised on the walk in 2016.

‘I’d like to thank our fantastic dog walkers and their sponsors and Kingsteignton Veterinary Group for continuing to support the pool.’
