more than 400 people enjoyed the scenic railway line between Exeter and Newton Abbot in style aboard a steam special.

Two GWR engines – Rood Ashton Hall and Earl of Mount Edgecumbe – hauled the excursion from Tysley in Birmingham to Plymouth to recreate part of the famous Cornishman express route.
