A NEWTON Abbot teenager has admitted driving without insurance.

Matthew Dominic Barnes, aged 19, of Beacon Drive, admitted driving a Volkswagen in Brixham and the case was adjourned to July 4 ‘to consider if there are special reasons for not ordering an endorsement or disqualification.’
