THE fictional Devon town of Shipton Abbott, filmed in Buckfastleigh, features again in the BBC series Beyond Paradise, premiering this Friday.
The fourth series of the hit BBC1 crime drama returns to the small screen on March 27, with the Teignbridge town once again serving as the backdrop for DI Humphrey Goodman and the team.
The main street in Buckfastleigh was transformed into Shipton Abbott for the third series, which aired in 2025, and it is back for series four.
The nearby South Devon Railway had a starring role in the opening episode of the second series.
A crime television series that acts as a spin-off of the long-running series Death in Paradise, Beyond Paradise stars Kris Marshall and Sally Bretton.
