THERE were ghoulish goings-on during the Teignmouth craft and farmers’ market at the weekend.

Children, adults and stallholders entered into the spirits of Halloween and had frightful fun with suitably themed goods and costumes.

The arts quarter in Northumberland Place hosted a decorated pumpkin competition as well as a Halloween fancy dress competition.
