REDEVELOPMENT of the former council refuse tip at Broadmeadow, Teignmouth, is continuing.

Teignbridge councillors have finalised the tender document, which is expected to be issued later this month.

The project will provide a new supermarket, shops, employment land and playing fields, which will deliver new jobs to the area as well as improving shopping and leisure facilities.
