A DAWLISH man who admitted he had thousands of indecent images of children has been committed to Exeter Crown Court for sentencing.
Raymond Goody, aged 54, of Albert Street, Dawlish South, appeared before South and West Devon Magistrates' Court.
He admitted that between April 12, 2016, and October 15, 2021, at Dawlish, he had 214 category A indecent still images and nine category A indecent moving images of children.
Goody also admitted that he had 476 Category B indecent still images and three Category B moving images of children.
He further admitted having 3,140 Category C indecent images of children and three Category C moving images of children.
Goody also admitted an extreme pornographic image which portrayed a person performing oral sex with a live animal, namely a horse and a dog.
He was committed to the crown court for sentencing on February 1 and must register with the police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003
