a crackdown on anti-social behaviour in Newton Abbot and Kingsteignton during the weekend led by the Partners and Communities Together (Pact) team resulted in three arrests.Five warnings were issued by the team's police sergeant and five officers.On Friday around 6pm an 18-year-old youth was arrested for abusive and aggressive behaviour in Newton Road, Kingsteignton, outside the funfair at Newton Abbot racecourse.
