A DEVON man in his twenties has been sentenced to several months in prison for shoplifting.

Having been arrested and charged for numerous shoplifting offences, 28-year-old Karl Underwood has been sentenced to eight months in prison.
Underwood, 28 and from Torquay, appeared at Exeter Crown Court on Monday, November 17.
In the wake of Underwood’s incarceration, the Torquay Neighbourhood team said it will continue to target those ‘causing the most harm to our retail community’.
