THEY will be riding in to a town near you - and out again - in the blink of an eye tomorrow. Yes, the Tour of Britain hits Teignbridge as it takes in Moretonhampstead, Chudleigh and Bovey Tracey and all points in between before resting up at Haytor in mid-afternoon. More than 200,000 people are expected to line the race route to catch the 120-plus huffing and puffing pedal-pushing participants.

There will be fixed road closures in place at Haytor in addition to the rolling road closures as the race progresses. Roads are closed to ALL traffic in advance of the arrival of the race to enable support vehicles and cyclists to pass through uninterrupted from non race traffic.
