POLICE have seized this vehicle in Newton Abbot as the driver had not insured it.

On the Newton Abbot Police Station Facebook page they report: ‘This vehicle was spotted driving around Newton Abbot recently without insurance.

‘The driver was reported to court and the vehicle has been seized.'
