CARNIVAL royalty for the forthcoming year was chosen at the Manor House, Dawlish, on Friday.
Judged by Gemini FM presenters Lisa the 'Thunderbabe', Clint West and Jacki, the resident psychic, girls from all over the town and surrounding area strutted their stuff and spoke enthusiastically in a bid to convince all present why they should be royalty.
After a difficult decision, the judges chose Vicky Bullen, 14, as the queen, Amelia Webber, 12, as the princess and Natasha Bourne, 11, as the attendant. All of the girls are from Dawlish. The crowning takes place on May 30.
