POLICE are warning parents that youngsters in Heathfield could be using legal highs.

The alarm was raised after a pile of empty packets of the Chang legal high were discovered at Wentworth Way on the industrial estate.

It is an area where officers are aware youngsters gather and are concerned that they could have consumed the contents.
