VIDEOS circulating on social media have captured the moment a forklift flipped a car during an incident in Newton Abbot.

The incident is thought to have occurred last night, Thursday May 29, at Brunel Industrial Estate.

The details are not clear, however videos on social media shows a forklift flipping a vehicle.

It is further alleged that persons were inside the vehicle when it was flipped, possibly a father and son, but this too has yet to be confirmed.

The Mid-Devon Advertiser has approached Devon & Cornwall Police for comment.
