Newton Abbot ladies' water polo team retained the Devon trophy after a tight match against Newquay on a sunny Sunday at Teignmouth Lido.

Level at full time (4-4), and still level after extra-time, the match was won by Newton on a penalty shootout.

The ladies kept their nerve well, but it was very stressful for the supporters!
