Hungry diners of all types are expected to flock to Teignmouth as two special food-related events are set to draw in the crowds.
The Fisherman’s Folly, on Sunday, September 27, is a family fun day which raises money for the Fisherman’s Mission and is the brainchild of local chef Josh Martin, whose first event last year for local fishermen has now been extended to include the public at large.
Festivities start at 1pm on the Fish Quay, where there will be a barbecue and a host of stalls, events, prize competitions and entertainments suitable for everyone, including live music, duck racing, and you could even snap up a child’s mountain bike in the crab-catching competition.
