THE waiting’s almost over for lovers of finely crafted items.

Tomorrow (Friday) sees the welcome return of Craft Festival, Bovey Tracey.

The team of organisers, including communications and media officer Merryn Albon , have been busy ensuring the world-renowned event is covid-safe for everyone attending.

The three-day festival, one of the biggest in Europe, provides a showcase for more than 200 creative businesses, offering the best in finely crafted items, from small, bespoke jewellery to large pieces of furniture and everything else in between, including artwork, textiles, glassware and much, much more.

Merryn said ‘Ticket sales have been going really well and we are keeping some back each day for gate visitors.’
