CASTLE Drogo near Drewsteignton is holding a volunteers day at the end of the month.
The National Trust property relies on volunteers to assist with everything from, broom guiding to buggy driving. A spokesman said: ‘There are so many ways our volunteers support in sharing the unique stories, architecture, and landscape with our visitors.
‘We’re inviting anyone interested in becoming a volunteer to drop in on Monday, January 30 for a coffee and a chat to find out more about what volunteering means at Castle Drogo.
‘There will be tours and tasters to give you a feel for the various roles you can get involved with. What better way to start the New Year?’
