Teignbridge Council is delighted to provide new opportunities for young people to get the most out of sport this summer. With new sport camps and extensive leisure centre activity programmes, there's no excuse for not being able to fill those long summer days. Planned activities include football camps, extreme sports, netball, hockey, tennis, squash, cycling, swimming, team sport days, mini Olympics, badminton coaching, in addition to play schemes, day trips, canoeing, outdoor adventure, army days, fun days and lots more. Up for grabs are FIVE FREE YOUTH MEMBERSHIPS worth £130 each to cover the period June 1, 2006 - May 31, 2007. Each winner will receive a Teignbridge Leisure Card completely free of charge offering unlimited swimming at indoor and outdoor council pools and use of all the district leisure centre fitness suites at off peak times The membership is open to 14-16 year-olds and the first five correct entries to our exclusive sports quiz will receive the fantastic prizes. Hundreds of entries are expected so the competition will be run over three weeks meaning only those with staying-power and determination can succeed. The first five questions are printed below and a further five will be published next week and the week after along with the official entry form.
