POLICE and paramedics were called to sheltered accommodation in Newton Abbot today where a 62-year-old woman was found dead in her flat.

A police spokesman said there were no suspicious circumstances.

Officers and an ambulance crew attended an address at St Mary’s Court in Halcyon Road after receiving a 999 call just before 11am.
