WOOL lovers will be getting together for a second Buckfastleigh Wool Gathering in March, and potential stallholders and demonstrators are invited to put their names forward by Sunday.

The gathering will be held at Buckfastleigh Town Hall on Sunday, March 19, from 10am to 4pm.

Organiser Jobee Timms, of South Devon Wool Works, said: ‘Following the wonderful turn out at our last March gathering we’re returning again to host our incredibly talented and diverse wool community for one day in the ancient wool town of Buckfastleigh.

‘By request we have expanded the event and will now have activities, workshops, stalls and demonstrations running in several rooms at the town hall as well as the main hall.

‘Last year’s event saw many people discovering new wool sources, collaborating on projects, sharing ideas and learning new skills.

‘If you’re interested in having a stall or run a demonstration, activity or workshop at the event, please let me know by January 22, by emailing me a description and link to your website or business page or some photos of your work.’
