AN over the limit drug-driver from Kingskerswell was given a year’s ban by South and West Devon Magistrates' Court.

Perry Moore, aged 31, of Charles Road, admitted driving in Torquay when the amount of delta - 9 - Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in his blood at 3.3 UG/L exceeded the limit.

He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay Crown Prosecution Service costs of £85 and he must pay £34 to fund victim services.
