A DRUG-driver was given a year ban after he was caught at Kingsteignton.
Sebastian Dawid Biela, aged 19, of Fisher Street, Paignton, pleaded guilty to driving a Seat Ibiza at Kingsteignton when the amount of the drug Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in his blood exceeded the limit. He gave a reading of not less than 3.4ugs.
As well as the ban he was fined £120 and must pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and £48 to fund victim services.
