A group of teenagers determined to prove they can be good neighbours have launched a hunt for a skateboard and BMX site in Newton Abbot.They have also called on the community to help them, winning the admiration of the police and youth workers for their positive approach.The Newton Shredders were formed last year after residents in Ogwell became tired of the noise caused by the youngsters on their bikes, skateboards and scooters.
