SOUTH Devon Tennis Club recently hosted the summer pickleball combination doubles tournament with 32 pairs in the field.

Full of energy, teamwork and incredible rallies all around, they were battling hard for the top prizes.

Todd Rook & Gareth Cox faced off against Fiona Rook & Selena Shaw with the shield on the line and it was Todd and Gareth who came out on top.

Meanwhile, Dan Goodman & Liam Murch got their hands on the cup, edging out Nicholas Owalsky & Andy Searle at the final hurdle. That quartet are pictured here, all smiles after they went toe-to-toe for the top prize.

South Devon Pickleball and Rhona Jarvis wrote the following on Facebook about the day:
