FORMER Exeter Chiefs star Matt Jess has signed a contract extension that will keep him on the coaching staff at Newton Abbot for another season.

Jess, who retired from professional rugby at the end of the 2016-17 season, has been coaching at Newton Abbot for a couple of years.
