NEWTON Abbot RFC will get the new season underway on Saturday, September 6 with a home fixture at Rackerhayes.
Saltash are the visitors as Newton look to bounce back from another relegation, having finished at the foot of the Regional 2 South West alongside Truro.
The All Whites concluded pre-season with a 29-10 win over the Sharks, an invitational side comprised of players from across Torbay and South Devon.
After hosting Saltash, they will then cross paths with Torquay Athletic, taking place in Newton Abbot yet again.
Newton’s loss was the gain of their nearest rivals Teignmouth who survived the drop and now have a second crack at the whip for a better campaign.
For the Teigns it is also two home games to kickstart 2025/26, starting on Saturday.
North Petherton are the first opponents and then, on the 13th, Cullompton will make the trip to Bitton Park.
