AMONGST the 59,000 runners taking part in this year’s London Marathon was Sarah Reynolds of FIT2Run (pictured).

Sarah Reynolds finished in an impressive time of five hours and 11 mins whilst raising funds for the MS Society in the process. The sun certainly came out, and Sarah thoroughly enjoyed arguably the best marathon in the world.

At the same time, closer to home, F2R coach Tracey Anders completed the London 'Virtual Marathon', comprising of a route much closer to the clubs base at The Recreational Trust, and completing in an equally impressive time of five hours nine mins.

So in actual fact, the two were practically mirroring their run some 200 miles apart!

The day prior, on Saturday, April 25, F2R coach Michaela Snell and Marsha Garrard tackled the 'Total Coastal Half Marathon', an extremely challenging event along the South West Coast path.

They did incredibly well on the hottest day of the year so far.
