POLICE in Teignmouth are appealing for information after a man was seen to make ‘alarming’ comments to another individual. 

Few details have been released about the incident other than the man was unknown and the comments was described as ‘distressing’. 

The incident happened on December 13 in the Triangle. 

A spokesman said: ‘We as the neighbourhood team have taken ownership of this matter and have commenced an investigation. 

‘We are appealing for any witnesses or information on the male involved.’
