A MAN in his 60s was stabbed during an incident in Bovey Tracey earlier this week.
He was taken by ambulance to hospital where he was treated for a chest puncture wound.
He has since been discharged.
The incident happened at a property in the Five Acres area of the town on Monday morning.
The alarm was raised at 8.20am.
Police revealed today that the casualty was aged 66, as was the woman subsequently charged in connection with the attack.
Carol Wilson, of Five Acres, appeared before Plymouth magistrates on Tuesday.
She was remanded to appear before Exeter Crown Court on December 22.
