AN arrest warrant has been issued for a Bristol man accused of assaulting a man in Teignmouth.

Mesud Dail, aged 30, of Gloucester Road North, Filton, is accused of assaulting Memhed Fuchedzhiev, causing him actual bodily harm, in Teignmouth on March 7 last year.

Dail was not in court and South and West Devon Magistrates' Court issued the arrest warrant without bail.
