A WOMAN from Ashburton has denied two motoring charges.

Kezia Victoria L Pedley, aged 29, of Stonepark Crescent, pleaded not guilty to driving a Honda Jazz at a speed above the 30mph limit on the A385 at Totnes.

She also pleaded not guilty to a charge of failing to give police information about the identity of the driver of a Honda Jazz who was alleged to have committed an offence.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to July 7 for a trial.
