A KINGSTEIGNTON man caught speeding on the A374 in Plymouth has been banned for six months and fined £400.
Kian Patrick Luxton-Wales, aged 20, of Chudleigh Road, admitted breaking the 30mph speed limit in a BMW on October 30 last year.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court said: ‘Disqualification is obligatory due to repeat offending.’
His licence was endorsed with six penalty points and he must pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and £160 to fund victim services.
No separate penalty was imposed on Luxton Wales after he admitted breaking the 30 mph speed limit on the A386 two days earlier but he was given three penalty points.
