POLICE have warned that a bicycle thief is at large, after another expensive machine was stolen.

The £1,500 Felt Z6 full carbon racing bike was the pride and joy of Teignmouth butcher and keen cyclist Ian Clatworthy, and was snatched in broad daylight in the town centre, despite being secured with a heavy padlock.

It was a present on his 50th birthday, and the second Felt to be stolen in the area in the last few months.
