Greengrocer chain Stokes is holding a charity event next week in Dawlish in aid of CLIC.
The store in the Strand is holding a bring and buy event whereby customers can donate an item to a special rack in the store.
Customers can then buy something if it takes their fancy.
There will also be a raffle, said store assistant linda Williams.
There will also a be a disco and buffet with a 60s and 70s theme at Dawlish Football Club on Saturday, March 8. Tickets for that are obtainable from the shop for £5.
