Kingsteignton's Adrian Bunclark has had his hopes of Paralympic gold shattered.

In yesterday's (thurs) rounds of the P1 120m air pistol SH1 competition at the Royal Artillery Barracks, Bunclark failed to qualify for the finals, scoring 537 points to finish 30th, just one off the bottom.

The gold medal went to Korea.

Meanwhile, Teignmouth's James Bevis takes his bow at the Games in tomorrow's (sat) mixed R5 10m air rifle prone competition.
