AS many as four fire engines are in attendance at a car fire in Dittisham.
Firefighters from six fire stations, including Newton Abbot and Ashburton, are attempting to extinguish the blaze, which has spread to a property on Manor Street.
A spokesman for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said: 'We received several calls this morning around 10:00am, to reports of a car on fire outside of an address on Manor Street in Dittisham.
'It was then reported that a property was also involved.
'The incident is currently ongoing, with four fire engines in attendance.
'This is a fire involving the roof space and first floor of semi-detached house, approximately 8m x 5m.'
The incident remains ongoing.
