A woman needed treatment for minor injuries after a car crash in Teignmouth.

Police and paramedics were called to the scene at the bottom of Exeter Road just before 9am on Wednesday, where a black Ford Focus had hit guard rails by the roadside.

The driver suffered a minor chest injury and she was treated at the scene by paramedics.
