BRACING cold water swimming sessions start today at Buckfastleigh Open Air Pool.

And after a chilly dip there are warm showers, hot drinks and delicious cakes available at the poolside in Victoria Park.

The Saturday morning sessions are from 9.30am to 10.30am and will run until April.
