MAGISTRATES have dismissed an attempt to impose a stalking order on a Moretonhampstead woman.
Victoria Leonard, 36, of Fordlands Road, had opposed the complaint for a stalking order which had been put forward on the basis she had carried out acts associated with stalking.
South and West Devon magistrates, sitting in Plymouth, refused an application for an adjournment of the case so it could be contested.
They then dismissed the case against Ms Leonard.
