A BICKINGTON man is to go on trial accused of failing to identify the driver of a van.

Marc Anthony Carpenter, 43, of Lemonford Caravan Park, is charged with failing to give information relating to the identity of the driver of a Ford Transit, alleged to have been guilty of an offence, having been required by police to do so on February 3. 

The case was adjourned to October 3.
