THE latest Government figures reveal Covid cases fell by almost 25 per cent in Teignbridge in the weekly comparison.
Between February 22 and 28, 552 people had a confirmed positive test result. This shows a decrease of -24.5% compared to the previous seven days.
Between the same dates there have been three deaths within 28 days of a positive coronavirus test. This shows an increase of 50.0%compared to the previous seven days.
HOSPITAL
Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust reports there were 16 patients in hospital with coronavirus on February 22 and no-one was on a mechanical ventilator.
VACCINATIONS:
112,176 people in Teignbridge had been given a first dose by the end of February 27, 107,128 people had been given a second dose and 91,492 people had been given a booster or third dose.
