MORE than 2,000 cyclists will be pouring into Teignmouth on Sunday in a prelude to the Tour of Britain. The keen amateurs are taking part in two charity rides from Minehead and Honiton to Teignmouth, following the route of the fourth stage of the pro ride, which finishes on the seafront on Tuesday, September 14. And the resort is pulling out all the stops to make sure the thousands of cyclists, family and friends, and enthusiasts have a time to remember. On Sunday, a day of entertainment is being laid on from 11am to 9pm around the Den and town centre, including live bands, martial art demos, bike displays, Morris dancers and a host of other events. The charity rides are in aid of Prostate Cancer Charity, and the first riders from Honiton are expected to finish around 2pm.
